This falls under the “unintended consequences”. I am accustomed to working 80 hours a week or more. However, 1/2 was usually on the computer, and the other 1/2 was in meetings, etc. Now? I just set a personal record for the number of hours on the Computer (Almost 60). If I add in the 7 hours on Sunday that means over 67 total hours. It’s too much time sitting down. The consequences? More back pain, less flexibility, and losing out on not even walking to the office or through airports and conferences. I hope the world opens soon.
